Dancing singing and gathering feathers of love and devotion, Krishna Public School, Nehru Nagar, Bhilai celebrated its 26th Annual Fiesta, Indradhanush – 2019 for Primary Wing on 15th November, 2019. The Big Festive Day was presided over by Mr. Devendra Yadav, MLA & Mayor, Bhilai as the Chief Guest and Mr. Mukesh Verma, Vice Chancellor, CSVTU, Bhilai as the Guest of Honour. The guests were accorded grand, ceremonial welcome by the Honourable Chairman of Krishna Group of Institution Shri M.M.Tripathi, Vice Chairman Shri Anand Kumar Tripathi, Secretary Shri Pramod Kumar Tripathi, Director Shri Alok Tripathi, Principal Mrs. Sabita Tripathi and the student council. With the festivity in the air, the entire campus glowing with the best of hues. Following the undying tradition, the programme commenced with the lighting of the auspicious ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest escorted by the Principal and other dignitaries. Taking ahead the celebration the school choir group set melodious tune for the evening with Goddess Saraswati Vandana and Welcome Song. Showcasing the achievements of the school during the session, the students read the school’s Annual Report. The Principal Mrs. Sabita Tripathi in her inspirational speech expressed her desire to be a teacher and Principal if she would get a chance to reborn. In his motivational speech, the Honourable Vice Chairman Shri Anand Kumar Tripathi said that everyone is gifted with wings and the fuel that takes one to heights is will power, perseverance and hardwork. Madam Shilpi Tripathi, Incharge of Kids Wing, addressing the audience, laid emphasis on the most important phase of life childhood for it’s a period of rapid physical, mental, emotional and social development. The Chief Guest Mr. Devendra Yadav who is a great inspiration for the youth stated that student life lays the foundation for the whole life because it is the investment that matters for lifetime. Mr. Mukesh Verma, Vice Chancellor, CSVTU, in his golden words stimulated everyone by quoting not to fear from failures as they are the pillars of success. The scholars and other achievers were awarded and honoured in the Prize Distribution Ceremony. Ahead of this, the floor rocked with more than twenty sizzling performances. The major highlights of the programme were soulful display of the divine epic the Ramayana, Mitti Ki Pukar, Mermaid, Mission Mangal and Devotional, Radhe-Radhe. All these ravishing performances kept the audience spellbound and received the loudest applauds, that echoed throughout in the hearts of the audience. The ‘Vote of Thanks’ was proposed by Mrs. Monica Sengupta, the Head Mistress of the school.
