International Yoga Day Celebration 21 June is the Day

when the world over
people come together to
perform Yoga to mark
the International Yoga
Day. The students of our
school too participated
a n d p e r f o r m e d
enthusiastically in the Mass Yoga display on this great
occasion. Expert Yoga Gurus led the students and guided
them to perform Yogic Asanas and the Surya Namskar.
The importance of regular yoga Practice, to enhance both
mental and physical wellbeing and agility was explained
to the children. From morning shift as well as the
afternoon shift children came forward to put on display
their Yogic skills.
