MODE OF PAYMENT

  1. 1. All fees are payable in advance by Cheque/DD, Debit/Credit Card , POS (Swap Machine), on monthly basis from 5th to 12th of every month. .
  2. Fees can be paid online through our website www.krishnapublicschool .com I kpsnonl ine.com user ID - Admission No. and Password is Date of Birth of child (DDMMYYYY). (For login ID and password, parents may contact school office).
  3. Fee paid through cheque must be in favour of "Krishna Public School".
  4. Fee can be paid from 5th to 12th of every month between 08.00 am to 03.00 pm (Lunch Time : 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm) from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 08 am to 12 Noon.
  5. Student's name will be struck off if the fees is not paid till the last date of the respective month.
  6. The student may be re - admitted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears.
  7. Fees can be deposited in advance for any number of installments or for the full session if it is desired.
  8. The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured.
  9. Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees and legal action will be taken against the person, and fee will be recovered with the amount of fine and legal charges (if any).
  10. In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues, parents/guardians are advised to make the payment first and seek refund later.
  11. Parents may kindly keep the payment receipts in safe custody and produce the same to school as proof of their payment or else they may quote the receipt number.
  12. Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admn. No., Name, Class & Section of the student while depositing the fee.
  13. If the students are admitted late during the post - session, fees will be realised on pro-rata basis.
  14. Parents must ensure the payment of all the dues of a term, before the term - exam commences. The admit card for the exam will be issued only if there are no dues against the student.
  15. Student's name will not be carried forwarded to upcoming month in Attendance Register, if fees of last month is not paid or if any kind of due is pending against student's name.
  16. Students name may be struck off from school's enrolment due to non payment of fee.
  17. If fee is not deposited up to 12th of every month Rs. 200/- per month fine will be charged.
  18. Penalty of Rs. 500 will be charged in case of Cheque bouncing / Return of cheque / any other reason.
  19. PDC (Post Dated Cheques) are not accepted.
