Our Principal in... Principal Leadership Programme, At London
Our Principal, Madam Savita Tripathi, was privileged to receive an invitation from Quality Education Asia, to participate in the Principal Leadership Programme at the University of Wales in London. Quality Education Asia is a team of committed professional whose aim is to facilitate education and learners in giving and achieving the best in education. The objectives of the programme were to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the role of leaders, to highlight the importance of self evaluation and reflective practices and to provide practical resources to help improvement as leaders. The various issues that were deliberated were -
- a) Current practices and principles of Managing Performance
- b) How to get the best from others.
- C) The cycle of Performance Management and KRISHNA PUBLIC SCHOOL, NEHRU NAGAR, BHILAI
- d) Effective use of data to Manage Performance. The highlights of the itinerary were visit to the BEIT education fair and London schools.
The experience was very enriching in terms of the knowledge gained to manage schools with a futuristic outlook. She got to mingle with other Principals who had come from different schools of Asia and came back loaded with lots of shared experiences.
